Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is friendly, organized, and detail-oriented to support our growing team. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in scheduling jobs, managing communication, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Communicate job details, timelines, and expectations to customers
- Dispatch and support craftsmen with daily schedules
- Follow up on estimates, open jobs, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer and job records
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Home services, construction, or trades industry experience
- Dispatching or scheduling field teams
- CRM or field service software (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.)
