What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound job leads and educate customers on our services
- Manage schedules and coordinate material orders for multiple craftsmen
- Use ServiceTitan software to keep jobs running smoothly
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their projects are:
- Completed on time
- Professional in appearance for their customers
- Hassle-free so they never worry about contractors in their space
- Provide logistical support and assist with weekly accounting tasks
- Follow up with past customers to build long-term loyalty
What We Offer

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of administrative/scheduling experience
- Strong customer service and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with sales and customer education
- Tech-friendly; QuickBooks knowledge a plus
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Customer-facing and relationship-building experience, especially with commercial clients, a strong plus
