We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for our clients. The CSR plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by handling scheduling, service requests, and customer communications with professionalism and care. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional, friendly manner

  • Schedule appointments and dispatch craftsmen through ServiceTitan (training provided)

  • Assist customers with service requests, estimates, and project updates

  • Maintain accurate customer records and job details in the system

  • Provide timely follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction

  • Handle customer concerns with empathy and escalate when needed

  • Support office operations, including billing, invoicing, and payment collection

  • Assist with marketing efforts such as social media posts and customer reviews

  • Representing Ace in the community at events, and marketing to local businesses. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s a plus)

  • 1–2 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred

  • Strong phone and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn ServiceTitan

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

The safety and well-being of TEAM members is a top priority. Many of our Craftsmen are former business owners themselves and after working for an Ace Handyman Services local office, even for a short time, they have no desire to be out on their own or operating their small businesses any longer.
