We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join our handyman services team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting field technicians while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls, emails, and messages professionally
  • Schedule and dispatch handyman service appointments
  • Provide service details, pricing, and updates to customers
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues calmly
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in customer service with telecom experience preferred
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

Compensation: $28,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year

Many of our Craftsmen are former business owners themselves and after working for an Ace Handyman Services local office, even for a short time, they have no desire to be out on their own or operating their small businesses any longer.
