Position: Craftsman
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all types of quality handyman repairs, including:
- Carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Tile work
- Basic plumbing and electrical
- Project management, ensuring team collaboration and project completion.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Comprehensive Trade Knowledge: Expertise in plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, and flooring.
- Proper Equipment: Familiarity with the necessary tools for various tasks.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to quickly assess and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with management, office personnel, fellow employees, and clients.
- Professional Appearance: Clean-cut, organized, with a presentable vehicle and tools.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Master Craftsman experience.
- Own truck or van and tools.
- Current and valid driver’s license.
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Collaborative, optimistic, and reliable.
- Knowledgeable in multiple trades.
