We are looking for trade professionals, who want to work for our company directly, not as a subcontractor. The job involves completing a variety of property improvements and repairs for our residential and commercial customers. Our sales team books jobs for you that are compatible with your skillset. We service customers in the East Valley of the Phoenix area only. Some projects require working by yourself and other projects require working with other technicians. The top skills we need are professional carpentry, remodeling, painting, drywall experience, and door repair or installation.  Our employees are well supported in the field and have the business owner and peers readily available to help troubleshoot or to ask questions.  In addition to hourly pay, we pay employees to use their own trucks or vans and their own tools.

Handyman Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
  • Represents the Ace brand well: professional, reliable, skilled, high integrity, problem solver, and has a strong work ethic
  • 10+ years of construction or maintenance experience desired
  • Has tools and an insured truck or van. Specialty tools aren’t required, but need to know what tools are needed for certain tasks.
