About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Ace Handyman Services Hamilton County. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and grow our customer base.


Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
  • Social Media Marketing:
    • Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and email marketing
    • Monitor social media conversations, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation. 
  • Paid Advertising:
    • Focus on lead generation, customer acquisition.
    • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads
  • Email Marketing:
    • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote services. 
    • Segment email lists to deliver targeted content and offers. 
    • Monitor email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics. 
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track key digital marketing metrics (website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, social media engagement) using analytics tools. 
    • Generate regular reports to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. 
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience Marketing for a Home services based business is a must.
  • Recent examples of projects and experience in social media marketing, email marketing, PPC advertising, required for consideration.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Canva and atleast one CRM platform.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year

Many of our Craftsmen are former business owners themselves and after working for an Ace Handyman Services local office, even for a short time, they have no desire to be out on their own or operating their small businesses any longer.
