We are one of Stafford County's top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies and have provided homes and businesses throughout Stafford, Prince William and Fauquier Counties with quality craftsmanship for all of their handyman needs. We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades.

The ideal Craftsman candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades:

Plumbing
Carpentry, interior and exterior
Tile
Electrical
Drywall
Painting

Additional Qualifications for this Craftsman Role:
* Excellent communication skills
* Real ID
* Own truck or van with current vehicle insurance
* Own basic tools

Proper Equipment:
Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools and how to use them that are needed for certain tasks.

Troubleshooting Skills:
Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills:
Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Be Presentable:
Clean-Cut appearance
Decent looking vehicle (truck or van)
Organized and maintained tools

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
