About Us
Ace Handyman Services is a veteran-owned, rapidly growing home improvement and construction company with branches in Albuquerque, NM and Las Vegas, NV. We provide premium handyman and remodeling services with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and unmatched customer care. We’re now building a high-performance sales team—and we’re looking for a proven Director of Sales to lead the charge.

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and driven sales professional with a background in the trades (construction, remodeling, home services, etc.) to lead and scale our sales efforts across both locations. You’ll be responsible for building a pipeline, closing high-ticket jobs, managing inbound leads, and developing a sales team beneath you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and close high-value residential and light commercial jobs

  • Oversee the full sales pipeline from lead to close using ServiceTitan

  • Train and manage junior sales staff as the department grows

  • Collaborate with office staff and technicians to ensure smooth handoffs

  • Create and manage sales reports using Microsoft Office and ServiceTitan

  • Track KPIs and forecast revenue with precision

  • Drive local outbound efforts and partnerships when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the trades (construction, remodeling, home services, etc.)

  • Proven ability to close deals and grow sales teams

  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceTitan (or equivalent CRM/ERP)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Comfortable in both field and office environments

  • High energy, coachable, and driven to grow with the business

Ace Handyman Services’ work itself is often indoors in temperature-controlled environments, and is primarily of lighter-duty than new construction projects.  There are Franchise Owners and Office Managers to assist with the day-to-day operations and administrative side of the business allowing our Craftsmen to focus on the tasks at-hand and provide our customers with professional services that delight our customers.  Our Franchise Owners are successful, business-savvy individuals, who are ethical and treat their Staff like Family. The safety and well-being of TEAM members is a top priority. Many of our Craftsmen are former business owners themselves and after working for an Ace Handyman Services local office, even for a short time, they have no desire to be out on their own or operating their small businesses any longer.
