Key Responsibilities:

· Strong sales and customer service skills

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

· Ability to conduct warm and outbound calling

· Demonstrated aptitude for building relationships and closing deals

· Professionally respond to incoming sales calls and follow up with leads, closing at 60% of sales.

· Create and maintain our handyman job schedule, adjusting and optimizing as needed

· Accurately enter information into our dispatching platform

· Work closely with our Handyman team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery with our proven Service Path

· Work towards and achieve individual and team sales goals

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

· Proven track record of success in sales and customer service

· Quick thinker, organized and superb multi-tasking skills

· Experience in B2C sales and telemarketing

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated with a great attitude and ability to accurately communicate and close services on the phone

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams and multiple software platforms

· Business development and marketing knowledge

· Prior experience in inside sales and dispatching

· Dispatching skills; Service Titan experience a plus!

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $53,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name. Ace Handyman Services’ work itself is often indoors in temperature-controlled environments, and is primarily of lighter-duty than new construction projects. There are Franchise Owners and Office Managers to assist with the day-to-day operations and administrative side of the business allowing our Craftsmen to focus on the tasks at-hand and provide our customers with professional services that delight our customers. Our Franchise Owners are successful, business-savvy individuals, who are ethical and treat their Staff like Family. The safety and well-being of TEAM members is a top priority. Many of our Craftsmen are former business owners themselves and after working for an Ace Handyman Services local office, even for a short time, they have no desire to be out on their own or operating their small businesses any longer.
