No Nights or weekends unless you want them.
8-5 schedule as a W-2 employee with biweekly pay and benefits
Seeking creative, problem solvers with excellent craftsman skills and great customer service skills. Must have a can-do approach to your day.
Your days will be busy and you will do a wide variety of work.
We are looking for Multi Skilled Craftsman with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.
Proper Equipment:
Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
Troubleshooting Skills:
Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
Be Presentable:
Clean-Cut appearance

- Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed.
