Ace Handyman Services Cedar Rapids and Iowa City, a locally-owned member of the Ace Hardware family, is looking for outstanding Customer Service Representatives for their Marion office. Full and Part-time availability!

Offering residential and commercial property repair, maintenance, and improvement services throughout the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City region, we are seeking experienced Customer Service and Sales professionals to expertly handle client interactions and position our services to help address customer needs.

This key position is office-based, responsible for customer service, sales, scheduling, operational coordination, and administrative support.

Pay Range: $17 - $23 per hour ($30,000 - $46,000 annually)
Depending on skills and experience
Regular performance reviews with opportunities for pay increases.

Job Requirements:

Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and written
Sales and Customer Service experience
Proficient using technology
Basic math skills
Ability to pass background check

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of general housing/property components
Service Titan software familiarity
Trades / Home Improvement / Construction industry background
Experience in estimating / quoting

Compensation: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
