Nelson’s Ace Handyman Services is hiring Multi-Skilled Craftsmen to join our team.

We are offering competitive pay rates starting at $25+ hourly based on experience and knowledge. We can accommodate flexible schedules.

Our craftsmen handle small projects and home repairs services the Flathead County area. Our business model leverages our office team to handle sales, scheduling, and administrative work. This way you can focus on doing what you enjoy and provide a quality product to our customers. Job Requirements:

We are looking for experienced Craftsmen with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professional appearance and demeanor. Have an overall knowledge of trades and the ability to perform multiple types of quality handyman work including drywall repairs, painting, carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical. Must display solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with a variety of clients, as well as fellow employees, management and Office personnel. Excellent customer service skills are essential because you are the face of Ace Handyman Services!

Own tools required to perform your trade(s)
Own a vehicle capable of transporting basic tools and job materials
Have a current and valid driver’s license and Proof of insurance
Be punctual and capable of time management
Able to specify repairs and estimate construction time
Use Phone/Tablet apps for customer communication, estimate modifications, schedules and navigation
Pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
