Ace Handyman Services San Antonio is searching for three dedicated and experienced Handymen to join our dynamic team and uphold our commitment to excellence in San Antonio, Texas.

Position: Handyman (3 Positions)
Employment Type: flexible - Full-time/part-time, W-2 Employee
Location: San Antonio, Texas

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks.
Commit to regular training with the goal of achieving true craftsmanship across multiple trades.
Utilize your own insured truck and tools to efficiently complete tasks, meeting the needs and expectations of our diverse customer base.
Collaborate closely with our Office Manager to receive incoming customer leads and detailed job information for seamless project planning.
Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions with clients and team members.
Embrace a flexible schedule, working approximately 20-30 hours a week from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, to achieve work-life balance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Handyman, demonstrating expertise in general repair and maintenance tasks.
Possess a valid driver's license and reliable insured truck to ensure efficient transportation between job sites.
Comprehensive set of tools to effectively carry out various tasks and deliver high-quality results.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, adhering to our commitment to customer safety and satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers alike.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay of $21-23 per hour.

Many of our Craftsmen are former business owners themselves and after working for an Ace Handyman Services local office, even for a short time, they have no desire to be out on their own or operating their small businesses any longer.
