We are a national leader in the home improvement and home repair services industry. We provide homes and businesses with quality craftsmanship for all of their repair, maintenance, remodeling projects – both large and small – inside and outside.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager “W-2” full-time or part time sales position to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
•  Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
•  Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
•  Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
•  Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
•  Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services and competition status.
•  Conducts direct sales calls in accordance with established Sales & Marketing goals

REQUIREMENTS

·   5 Years minimum sales experience preferably in the construction industry as a sales representative or sales manager.
·   Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
·   Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
·   A proven track record of closing sales (By phone or in person)
·   A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
·   Self-motivation and results orientation
·   College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
