As a Master Handyman with Ace Handyman Services, you'll leverage your extensive expertise in various aspects of home repair, maintenance, and enhancement to deliver outstanding service to clients in the Boulder and Fort Collins regions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Execute a diverse range of tasks, encompassing carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, general repairs, home maintenance, tiling and flooring, landscaping, and outdoor upkeep.
- Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues across multiple disciplines.
- Provide high-quality workmanship, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the client's satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors as necessary.
- Uphold a clean and safe work environment, adhering to industry best practices and safety standards.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Master Handyman with a comprehensive skill set in various trades.
- Competency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, general repairs, home maintenance, tiling and flooring, landscaping, and outdoor maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience, addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable truck or van for transporting tools and equipment to job sites.
- Ability to pass a background check to ensure trustworthiness and reliability.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Relevant certifications or trade licenses.
- Experience in residential or commercial settings.
- Project management skills with effective task prioritization.
- Familiarity with Service Titan software.
