Customer Solutions Specialist
ACE Handyman Services Colorado Springs is seeking a professional and experienced individual for the role of Customer Solutions Specialist.

Job Overview
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage inbound phone calls, provide accurate over-the-phone estimates based on customer job details and needs, and book jobs with precise and detailed notes and customer information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide accurate estimates for handyman services.
  • Book jobs ensuring all customer information and notes are detailed and precise.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Maintain flexibility and adaptability in managing an ever-changing schedule.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Continuously learn and develop within the role, adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Manage multiple screens and tabs efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience or knowledge of home construction basics (e.g., drywall, carpentry, flooring, tile, exteriors).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 45 words per minute).
  • Ability to manage multiple screens and tabs simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated reliability and professional approach to work.
  • Commitment to improving processes and contributing to team success.
  • Special consideration for candidates with experience dispatching in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical companies.

Many of our Craftsmen are former business owners themselves and after working for an Ace Handyman Services local office, even for a short time, they have no desire to be out on their own or operating their small businesses any longer.
