Multi-skilled Craftsman -- Ace Handyman Services The Woodlands needs your expertise! We provide residential homes and businesses throughout North Harris and Montgomery Counties with professional handyman services for their home improvement, remodeling and repair projects. We are currently seeking highly motivated professional Craftsmen with skills in multiple trades.

If you are looking for a direct hire position that allows you the flexibility of an independent job, look no further! We find and schedule the jobs for you, and you provide the quality craftsmanship and customer service that our clients have come to expect from us. You will work out of your home on your choice of a full time or part time basis, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in Montgomery County, TX and nearby suburbs.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

- Successful 10 to 15 yr. track record as a Multi-Skilled Craftsman
- Expert tradesman in carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, minor electrical and plumbing
- Demonstrated record of working safely and commitment to zero-injury culture
- Own truck/van and standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
- Residence within Montgomery County, TX or nearby suburbs
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work at heights and lift 50 lbs. overhead
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Compensation: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name. Our Franchise Owners are successful, business-savvy individuals, who are ethical and treat their Staff like Family. The safety and well-being of TEAM members is a top priority. Many of our Craftsmen are former business owners themselves and after working for an Ace Handyman Services local office, even for a short time, they have no desire to be out on their own or operating their small businesses any longer.
